When I first heard this song it was at a rehearsal I was asked to attend because I was auditioning to join Ireland Arise Choir which involved all the churches here in Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland as it was made up of people right across our nation and this could only happen when God is on the Move and that is where I heard this song and now I know it by heart and sung in across the world in many events. Many of these songs here are well known to me and they have blessed me in so many ways as God uses these lovely songs to teach us and to open our heart to Him. The Christian people of Northern Ireland kept praying for peace in our nation and that is why this song is so very important top all of us as when we sung it in Belfast peace came to Northern Ireland after a bloody war that lasted 30 years and seen so many people killed and so God is still bringing down walls in all of our Hearts so lets sing Lord I Lift Your Name On High across our nations and bring us everlasting peace throughout the land. Amen
