Bull Temple on Chamundi Hill

Bull Temple (also called Nandi Temple) is on the side of Chamundi Hill. The 16-foot statue is carved in granite. It is black in color because of regular anointing with oil. It was a gift by the Maharaja Dodda Devaraja Wodeyar in 1659 A.D.
