There Is Nothing In All Creation
(Based on Romans 8:35-39)
Written by Steve Israel and Elton Smith

This is the second collaborative work between Steve Israel and Elton Smith originally published July 27, 1997. Steve created the chorus at the beginning of the song and sent it to Elton as Realaudio. Elton completed the remainder of the song and sent it back as midi.
In February 2019 (almost 22 years later!) we updated this song with additional lyrics and a new recording.
Never satisfied, Steve made a new recording and Elton made the video in 2020.
(Introduction for 8 measures)
(Part 1)
There is nothing in all creation
That can separate us from His love
There is nothing in all creation
That can separate us
There is nothing in all creation
That can separate us from His love
There is nothing in all creation
That can separate us from His love
(Part 2)
Neither life nor death
Neither angels nor demons
Not the present not the future
Nor any powers
Neither height nor depth
Nor anything in all creation
Neither trouble nor hardship
Nor persecution
Can separate us from His love
(Bridge)
In the midst of trials
We have this assurance
Ours is the victory
Through Christ who loved us
And gave himself for us
And we know in all these things
We are more than conquerors
(Repeat part 1)
There is nothing in all creation
That can separate us from His love
There is nothing in all creation
That can separate us from His love
(Repeat part 2)
Neither life nor death
Neither angels nor demons
Not the present not the future
Nor any powers
Neither height nor depth
Nor anything in all creation
Neither trouble nor hardship
Nor persecution
Can separate us
Neither life nor death
Neither angels nor demons
Not the present, not the future
Nor any powers
Neither height nor depth
Nor anything in all creation
Neither trouble nor hardship
Nor persecution
Can separate us from His love
Can separate us from His love
Can separate us from His love
